* What is Fan Mail?

Fan Mail is an e-mail service that allows you to pick a distinctive, easy-to-remember e-mail address like Tiger.Fan@Go-Tigers.com or Big.Dog@Bulldogs.com. You will never have to change your Fan Mail address ever again!

* How long do I get to keep my Fan Mail address?

You can keep your Fan Mail address for as long as you like -- one year, two years or a lifetime, it is up to you.

* Can I use any name I want?

You can pick from a long list of available domain names from our World Wide Web site. Just pick your favorite domain name and then you supply the user name (so long as it is not already taken by another fan).

* Are Fan Mail addresses case sensitive?

No. Some Internet e-mail addresses are case sensitive; however, your Fan Mail e-mail address is not. For example, if your e-mail address was j.douglas@go.wildcats.com you could use J.Douglas@Go.Wildcats.com or even J.dOuGlAs@GO.WiLDcAtS.CoM (but, that gets hard to read).

* What if I change my Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

No problem. Your webmail address is accessible anywhere on the internet that has access to our site. If you are using our forwarding service your Fan Mail address is good no matter which ISP you use. If you are changing to a new provider in your town, or to a new location, just go to our easy-to-use WWW form and let us know your new e-mail address. You will never miss a message.

* What if I move to another state or country?

This is no problem either. Fan Mail is capable of overcoming any geographical boundaries. If you have access to the Internet or an e-mail account with access to our site, your Fan Mail can be read almost anywhere in the world.

* How much does it cost?

Fan Mail Webmail service is provided Free of charge. Fan Mail Email forwarding is provided at less than $1.70 per month ($20 paid annually.)
